Refunds, Replacements and Returns

 

You acknowledge that you have the option to request a return for either a portion or the entirety of your order. However, please note that the return option is only available in the following circumstances:

 

  • Products that have been damaged or spoiled during transit.
  • Products that arrive in packaging that is damaged.
  • Cases where an incorrect product has been delivered.

 

KRSR Bros is not obligated to accept returns for products that are not damaged, incorrect, or spoiled. Please be aware that the availability of stock will determine whether a replacement request can be fulfilled. If a replacement cannot be provided due to stock unavailability, you will be refunded the amount paid.

It is important to understand that a replacement request can only be made for the same product in instances where the product delivered to you is damaged, incorrect, or arrived in damaged packaging. Please note that replacement requests for different products or product exchanges will not be permitted under any circumstances.

Furthermore, KRSR Bros reserves the right to refuse transactions or delay the refund process for users who have a history of questionable charges, such as repeated bulk order cancellations, for a period of 3-6 months.

 

 

To initiate a return, replacement, or refund request, you are required to follow these steps:

  1. Select the appropriate reason for return, replacement, or refund by choosing the relevant option on the Website.
  2. Attach four images of the received product as specified below:

 

    • Front image of the product, clearly showing the product's name.
    • Back image of the product.
    • Image of the barcode on the product box.
    • Image of the outer box packaging of the product.
