If your HydroBot stops doing its job, we replace it.

What's covered. The vacuum seal failing, so it stops holding temperature. Leaks from the body or the threads. Cracks, splits, or failures in the steel. Lids and boots for 6months from purchase. The finish peeling or bubbling — normal scuffs from use are just a bottle that's been used.

What isn't. Damage from freezing the bottle solid, microwaving it, or a drop severe enough to deform the body. Dents and scratches from ordinary life — those are cosmetic and don't affect how it works. Bottles not bought from us or an authorised seller.

How to claim. 1. Message us on WhatsApp at +91 90519 60595 with a photo and roughly when you bought it. 2. We'll reply within 24 hours — a person, not a form. 3. If it's covered, we ship a replacement. We arrange pickup of the old one at our cost. No receipt needed. No warranty card to have kept. No registration you were supposed to have done.

Why we can do this. Two reasons. Our failure rate is 0.01% — when you pressure-test every seal twice, very few come back. And we're here. — if one fails, We're in Kolkata, and the person who answers your message works here.
